訳がわからない文についての疑問
- 「He has to wait in another long line to take a written test!」という文の訳について疑問があります。なぜ「writ」が過去分詞になるのか、訳が正しいのかわかりません。
- 「No wonder Henry is annoyed.」という文の訳について疑問があります。なぜ「wonder」の前に「No」がつくのか不思議です。自分で訳してみた結果、「彼はイライラしてないかしら」となりましたが、正しいのでしょうか。

これらの訳がどうしてもわからない
(1)He has to wait in another long line to take a written test! 自分で訳してみると、 「彼は、テストを受けるため、そのほかの長い列に並ばなくてはいけない」 だと思うのですが なぜwrit が過去分詞になるのか、 訳は正しいのか、わかりません。 (2)No wonder Henry is annoyed. 自分で訳してみると 「彼はイライラしてないかしら」 wonderの前にNoがつくのが 不思議なのです。 noとついてるから、 「イライラしてるかしら」ではなく 否定形に 「イライラしてないかしら」と 訳してみました。。 正しいのでしょうか。 どなたか教えてください お願いいたします。

単語を調べた方が良いのでは？ ”a”の後についているのは名詞ですから、一つの意味として考えればOKです。 written test：筆記試験 No wonder:不思議ではない Hneryがイライラしていても不思議ではない。 てな、感じですかね。

そもそもto whichの意味が理解できません。 自分の理解では、例えば She said she wants to eat Susi. I told that she has to wait until 5pm. この2つの文を結合すると以下になると考えてようでしょうか？ She said she wants to eat Susi to which I told that she has to wait until 5pm. よくわかっていませんが、どのような時に使うのでしょうか？

大学入試に出題された英文についての質問です。 all that he has done or has had done to him (長い文の一部)という英語に対して、 「自分が今までにしてきたこと、また人によってされてきたこと全て」という訳が与えられているのですが、 「has had done to him」の文法が正確に分からず、なぜ「人によってされてきたこと全て」という訳になるのか、どうしても理解できません。 この「has」 は、have の過去分詞形であるhad が隣に置かれているので、have ＋過去分詞形で現在完了形を作っていると思うのですが、それ以上のことはどうもわかりません。 どなたか解答お願いします。
