アメリカの大学から来た手紙の内容の意味がわかりません。。

アメリカの大学に出願しました。そして、その大学から、手紙がきたのですが、内容の意味がよくわからないのです。　内容は、一部なんですけど、 If transcripts are required, please have two official copies sent from each school. Transcripts must bear a Registrar's seal and be in an unopened envelope sealed by the school. どなたか、わかる方、教えて下さい。 お願いします。

　留学希望先の大学から成績証明書の提出を求められたら、過去に在籍した 各校から証明書を２通ずつもらってください。それらの成績証明書には、教 務課の認証印が押印されている必要があります。また、当該校によって封印 された封筒に入れられ、なおかつ未開封でなければなりません。 　この手紙の注意点としては、、、 ・ copies は日本で言うコピーのことではなく、ここでは成績証明書のこと。 ・ seal もシールではない。一般には認証印や封印を意味する。 ・ bear は熊でなく（笑）、「～～であることを表わす」という意味。 　　この場合は、学校印が“押された”という意味になる。 ・ 同様に sealed は、封印をした、という意味。 ・ from each school となっているのは、米国では複数の大学に通う人が 　　少なくないため。日本人であれば通常、自分の在籍校だけで大丈夫。
