ホテルの予約で分からない英語が・・・
オンライン上で予約をしようと思うのですが、分からない表現があり困っています。自動翻訳をしてみましたが、よく分かりません。カリフォルニアです。 １. －－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－ Preferences can not be guaranteed. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences when you check in. －－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－ "Preferences"は優先権のことでしょうか？ ということは予約したのに実際に泊まれるかどうかは行ってみなければ分からないということでしょうか？ まるで飛行機のオーバーブッキングみたいでよくわかりません。 ２． －－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－ SAME DAY RESERVATIONS Same day reservations must be made by calling the property direct at (XXX)XXX-XXXX. －－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－ "X"には実際には数字が入っています。 これは一体？？ もう一度電話で予約の申し込みをするということですか？？ 教えてください。宜しくお願いします。

カリフォルニアでホテルインターンを経験しておりますので おそらく下記で間違いないと思われます。 １、Preferences は なかなか適当な日本語が見当たらないのですが 「好み」とか「ご要望」程度の意味です。 「ご要望には沿えないこともありますが、 チェックインがお済みの際には、ご要望にお答えできますよう最善を尽くします」 ぐらいの意味ではないかと。 ２、これは当日予約の方法ではないでしょうか？ こちらに電話してくださいね、ということで 前日に予約済みであれば気にすることは無いと思います。

１． ご希望事項は保証出来ません。(例えば、静かな部屋、海側、バスは広い...等) あなたがチェックインする時に、希望のものを用意するように最善の努力を致します。 ２． 当日予約 当日の予約は、その施設(ホテル)へ直接電話して行って下さい。

タイトルのとおり、海外のオンライン予約サイトでホテルを予約したところ、 予約完了（決済も）にも関わらず以下のようなメッセージが出ました。 Please note that due to last minute bookings (even the same day) that if the Hotel is fully booked with new arrivals by the time you arrive as you have reserved online outside office hours, then we will accommodate you at our other Hostel in Athens 「オンライン処理時間外なので、あなたの前に他の予約者でいっぱいになっていたら別のホテルを紹介しますよ。」 というような意味だと思うんですが、これって 現地のホテルに行ったら「予約いっぱいです」って言われて別のホテルに回されるってことなんでしょうか？ 細かいところまできちんと読めていないので、どなたか正確な意味を教えてください。

こんばんは。 海外のホテルを予約したく、メールでやりとりしていますが ややこしいメールが来て、細かいニュアンスが分かりません・・。 辞書やパソコンの翻訳で訳してみましたが、理解しずらい 表現があり困ってます。 少々長い分ではありますが、お詳しい方 よろしくお願い致します。 We are able to offer you a double accommodation at $130.00 per day plus tax and consists of a combination sitting room/bedroom with one double bed and one single bed, a bathroom and a kitchenette. All poolside units are sold out for this period, however, we will wait list you and if a poolside unit becomes available the rate will be $150.00 per day plus tax. Please let us know if this is agreeable and at the same time a credit card number with expiration date will insure a firm booking. May we also have the name of your party and flight information.

Room types are not guaranteed and based on day of availability. この advance deposit と additional charge of $30.00・・・ はどうつながるのですか？ （above 2・・ 3人以上の場合？） 1段目にあるクレジットカード払い$**.00 のほかに$30かかるっていうことなのでしょうか？申し込みのページには特にdepositの記載がなかったのでよくわからなくなってきました。 よろしくお願いします

This reservation is being held on a guaranteed basis and will be kept as such unless cancelled 24 hours prior to arrival.
