> including computers, tablets, and cell phones. という形であればincludingと後に続く名詞で出来ていると理解できる それでよろしいかと思います。 その文章の書き手さんが、... including (but not limited to) computers, tablets, and cell phones のように書いてもらえると分かりやすかったかもしれないですが、その程度の挿入はかなり一般的なものなので、あえてそのままにしたのではないでしょうか。

英会話の本の文です。 Just call and apologize to her.「とにかく電話して彼女に謝りなよ」 Ｂｕｔ not today.「でも、今日はだめよ」 Ｂｕｔ not today.はＢｕｔ it is not today.のit isが省略されているのでしょうか。 もしそうだとしたら、なぜ省略されたのでしょうか。教えて下さい。
