(1)I felt his plan (to be) good (わたしは彼の計画は素晴らしいとおもった) (2)I felt a sharp pain in my side when i stood up(わたしは立ち上がったとき、脇腹に鋭い痛みを感じた) (1)の文で、なぜI felt goodとできないんですか。。例えば、「絹は柔らかい感じがする」Silk feels soft ならば、形容詞がfeltの次にきています。。 そして、この、(to be)をtoはなんの用法ですか (2)の文でa sharp painの部分。恐らくですが、痛み は抽象名詞だと 思うので、aはなぜつくのでしょう

How about taking off the amount I paid for my valid ticket and make it count against the full price? 上記の英文（How about 以下から）の意味が訳せなく困っています。 taking off the amount I paid for..は『・・に払った分はさし引いて』のような意味だと思うのですが あっていますでしょうか？ ただ make it count against the full priceが分かりません。 count against は『～に不利に』のような 意味らしいのですが。。
