FUJITSU のロゴマークからWindows Boot Manager が立ち上がって下記のメセージが出ます。対処方法を教えてください。よろしくお願いします。 Windows has encountered a problem communicating with a device connected to your computer. This error can be caused by unplugging a removable storage device such as an external USB drive while the device is in use, or by faulty hardware such as a hard drive or CD-ROM drive that is failing . 何か機器が接続してあって、それを外したのが原因。 もとにもどして、それでもダメなら メーカーに連絡。

外付けのHDDやCD-ROMを外して再起動したら立ち上がるかな。
