Zedd - Youtube』（→https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=L8eRzOYhLuw） で、“Now that I've become who I really are”という文が出てきており、すでにコメント欄でも複数人から指摘されています。 参考：『Break Free アリアナ・グランデ (Ariana Grande ft. 英語初心者です 疑問があるので教えてください the baby sleeping in the bed. ベットで眠っている赤ちゃん これが主語 現在分詞 副詞 の並びというのは分かります。 ですが以下洋楽の歌詞の文法がピンときません Every day discovering something brand new. 新しい何かを発見している毎日 discoveringが現在分詞なのは分かります。 ただdiscoveringの後にsomethingのような代名詞がそのままくるのがピンときません。 代名詞は副詞ではないですよね？ in the bed のように前に前置詞がつくなら理解できるのですが、そのまま代名詞が置いてあるのがよく分かりません 悩みすぎて頭がパンクしてます。 誰か回答をお願いします

英文法の問題を解いていて疑問に思ったことがあります。 "How do you like this park?" "It's wonderful! I never dreamed of ( ) such a quiet place in this noisy city." (1)being (2)having been (3)there being (4)there was 場所に対する意味上の主語が必要なため、答えは(3)でした。 次に、文法的に誤りのある箇所を指摘しせよという問題で Because the deadline was approaching, I suggested to start working on our project as soon as possible. この文の場合、to doの意味上の主語Sは必ず主節のSであるから、to startが間違っており、動名詞の意味上の主語は必ずしもそうでなくてよいから、startingに変えるということでした。 この二つの問題を比べると、動名詞に意味上の主語が要ったり要らなかったりして、よくわからないのですが、どこで区別すればいいのでしょうか。
