ＸＰが起動しません・・

超初心者で申し訳ありません。 ＸＰのノートパソコンが起動できなくなりました。 青い画面で ＵＮＭＯＵＮＴＡＢＬＥ＿ＢＯＯＴ＿ＶＯＬＵＭＥ ・・・ ＰＲＥＳＳ　Ｆ８　ＴＯ　ＳＥＬＥＣＴ　ＳＥＬＥＣＴ　ＡＤＶＡＮＣＥＤ　ＳＴＡＲＴＵＰ　ＯＰＴＩＯＮＳ、 ＡＮＤ　ＴＨＥＨ　ＳＥＬＥＣＴ　ＳＡＦＥ　ＭＯＤＥ Ｆ８からセーフモードで起動できません よろしくお願いいたします。

もしデータが要らないので有れば再インストールをした方が無難ですね。 再インストールも領域の開放を行い再度領域作成、フォーマットからやり直した方が確実ですね。

確かに起動ディスクもリカバリＣＤを受付ないようなので ここは思い切って、修理に出します。 幸いに保障期間なのでほとんど費用はかからない みたいです。 ありがとうございました。

いろいろありがとうございます。 ＸＰの起動ディスクですが（ＨＥ）種類が三種 なので一応、該当の時期のものから順に行いました が、回復コンソールをしようして破損したファイル を復元する方法について １）起動ディスクから起動 ２）セットアップ開始 ３）回復コンソールでＰＣを起動 ４）Ｒキー ５）ＫＢの種類（１０６） ６）Ｙキー ７）ファイルの場所・・これがない ということで、リセットがよいかもしれません

XPの起動FDは「インストール用」 MS-DOSの起動ディスクではないのでお間違えなく。 「回復コンソール」でデータをサルベージ。 「修正インストール」した方が確実 ・回復コンソール http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;JA;229716 「回復コンソールコマンド」 http://www.itmedia.co.jp/help/tips/windows/w0539.html ・修復インストール http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=%2Fdirectory%2Fworldwide%2Fja%2Fkblight%2FT009%2F8%2F00.asp メーカー製PCでリカバリーCD-ROMしか持っていなければ、MicrosoftからXPインストール用起動フロッピーディスクのファイルをダウンロードし、6枚組みの起動フロッピーディスクを作成します BIOSで「Advanced BIOS Features」の「First Boot Device」をFDDにして起動フロッピーの一枚目を挿入して起動します ※BIOSの起動方法はメーカーや機種によって違うのでマニュアルを熟読ください 多くはPC起動時にDELとかF2です。 CD-ROMを要求されたらCD-ROMを挿入してください 「XP用インストール用起動フロッピー」 http://www.atmarkit.co.jp/fwin2k/win2ktips/182mkboot_xp/mkboot_xp.htm 重要なデータが入っていないなら思い切ってリカバリーCD-ROMから起動して再セットアップするのが一番の早道

ディスクコントローラおよびハードディスクなど、ハードウェアの障害を疑うべき症状です。 ＞ＵＮＭＯＵＮＴＡＢＬＥ＿ＢＯＯＴ＿ＶＯＬＵＭＥ 直訳すると起動ハードディスクが装着されていないと言う意味です。 確認の手段としてまずＢＩＯＳ設定画面でＨＤＤがちゃんと容量表示されているか？確認してみてください。 もし容量がデタラメであったり表示が無かった場合はＨＤＤの故障ですので交換が必要です。 ＢＩＯＳ設定画面はメーカーや機種によって違いますので機種がわかればアドバイス出来るのですが？ ほとんどの機種はＦ１キーかＦ２キーかdelキーです。

早速ありがとうございます。 ＢＩＯＳのメイン　プライマリマスタ でＨＤＤで最大容量も表示されました。 ＦＰＤの起動ディスク６枚を作り起動を 試したほうがよいですか？ それてもリカバリーＣＤをしようしたほうが よいでしょうか？
