「Please amend the credit to C.I.F. basis as our Contract Note No.1935 stipulates although your L/C describes it as C.& F. basis.」 という英文がありますが、和訳は私なりに 「貴社の信用状にはＣ＆Ｆとなっておりますが、契約書第1935の規定に基づき、ＣＩＦに修正願います。」 となりました。合っていますか？ また、質問ですが、この貿易英語の場合のthe creditの意味とbasisの意味を教えて下さい。（訳し方） あわせてthe credit to C.I.F. basis をどう訳したらよいか知りたいです。 あと、stipulatesは明記するとか記載するという意味があるようですが、この文ではどう訳すのがいいですか？ 同じくC.& F. basisはどう訳すのが適切ですか？ ★最後に全体の和訳例を載せていただけると嬉しいです。
