Ob-La-Di, Ob-La-Da

これがビートルズの曲ということは知っていて、内容も何となく理解できるのですが、 曲の最後の部分 Desmond stays at home and does his pretty face And in the evening she's a singer with the band（と、曲を聴く限りそう言っていると思う） の部分の意味がわかりません。 Desmondって男の人じゃないんですか？？ ご存じの人ご回答よろしくお願いします。

これは有名なポールの歌い間違いです。 レコーディングの最後の最後まで自分のボーカルが気に入らなかったポールは我が家で録音したのですが、そのときに歌詞を間違えて録っていました。これを聴いたジョンが面白いからこのままで行こうということになりレコードになりました。 別のテイクではちゃんと Molly を主語にして歌っています。↓ （アルバム： Anthology 3 _ disc 1より） http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4cCcxmBaucE&t=1m28s
