ブルースクリーンの原因や対処法を教えてください。
ブルースクリーンがでてしまいました。 ここ数日突然ブルースクリーンになり強制的にPCが再起動するようになってしまいました。 システムの復元をしようとしてもできず、その手前で再起動となり、復元するためのポイント？が消えてしまいました。 色々調べたのですが、メモリやHDDに原因があるかも…くらいまでしかわからず、困っています。 ブルースクリーンのエラーメッセージを以下に載せておきます。 A problem has been detected and windows has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer.
