今、中学生レベルの文法の本を勉強しております。その本には、be動詞を使用して答える方法が詳しく書かれていなくて私がbe動詞を使用して質問を作りました。それらの答えが合っているか教えてもらえないでしょうか？（(2)～(8)） (1)を回答する時に"I"をどうして使用しないのかが分かりません。 (1)Is your name Ms. Smith? ここで答えるときにどうして、Yes, it is./ No, it isn’t.なのですか？どうして、Yes, I am./ No, I am not.を使用しないのでしょうか？ 例えばIs her name Ms. Smith? の場合は、Yes, she is./No, she isn’t. でしょうか？ それとAre their name Smith? の場合は、Yes, they are./ No, they aren’t.でしょうか？ (2)Is that Himeji castle? 否定文の短縮形で (are notを例に)1.You're not a student. 2.You aren't a student. (is notを例に)1.He's not a student. 2.He isn't a student. 両方ありますよね。私は中学校で2で習いました。でも、英会話の本は1ばかりです。会話と文語の違いなのかと思っていたのですが、nativeの方も両方使われるし、地方や個人差と聞きました。そうなんですか？

付加疑問文についての質問はこれで3回目です。 今回は quetion-tagについてお伺いします。 例えば「He is a doctor.」という文を付加疑問文にするには quetion-tagとして 「isn't he?」を付けますよね。それでは 「I'm early」の場合はどうなるのでしょうか？ amとnotは短縮形にならないし、「am not I?」の形も見たこともありません。notはどこに置くんでしょうか？

you are lefty,aren't you? 「左利きだったんですね」、と訊かれた時、「Yes,I am lefty」ですから、正確には「Yes,I am」なのでしょうが、「Yes,it is」と、 lefty を it で受けて答えたら変でしょうか？ 基本の基本、しょ～もない質問ですみません。
