WindowsXPの再インストールが進まない
- WindowsXPの再インストールが進まない状況について相談です。購入した機器の付属のCDからソフトをインストールし、再起動後に問題有りの英文画面が表示されてしまいます。セイフモードでも起動できず、諦めて再インストールを試みましたが同じ状況です。ソフトの外し方も分からず困っています。

- 健康管理のネットワーク加入のために購入した機器のソフトをインストールした後、再起動したらWindowsXPが起動できません。試しに再インストールをしたところ、ブルーの「Windows Setup」画面の後に問題有りの英文画面が表示されます。どうすればいいか分からず困っています。XPの再インストール方法を教えてください。

メーカー製PCなら，詳細を書いて下さい． メーカー名，型番を必ず書いて下さい．例）ソニー VAIO PCG-ABC1234 メーカー製でない，自作機なら． 基本通りにするだけです．

PCに何か外部接続のハードウェアを接続していませんか? #外付けハードディスクやCD/DVDドライブ、USBメモリなど。その「健康管理機器」というのもそうです。 それらを全て一回外してからインストールを進めてください。 もし、それでも止まるようなら、何かしらハードの故障の疑いがあります。

はじめての質問に、早速ご回答いただき有難う御座います。 言葉が足り無くて申し訳ありません。 新たに加えたのは、ソフトのインストールだけです。 ハードは、外付けのDVDリーダや、ネットワーク、プリンタなど、全て外した後で、WindowsXPの再インストールを行いましたが、「A problem has been detected ...」となったものです。 PCは、かなり前の ScenageValue 2500COMBO セナージュバリュー２５００COMBO SV65256CMBLJ です。 マザーボードなど、より複雑な原因なら、この機械を諦めることも選択肢の一つにしなければならないとも思うようになってきました。

現在、DELLのInspiron530を使っているのですが、 BIOSのバージョンを1.00から1.05にバージョンアップしたら、 パソコンをスリープ状態から起動するたびにBlueScreenになり、 A problem has been detected and windows has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer. - WindowsXPの再インストール？について
「WindouwsXPの再インストール」について質問です。 データのバックアップも取り、Windows起動中に「WindowsXP Professional」CDを入れ、順々に進めていきましたが、インストールが終わった後、立ち上がったらバックアップを取っていたデータがまだデスクトップ上に残っています。 ウイルスが問題でOSの入れなおしをしようと思っていたのですが、完全にクリーンな状態でOS・マザボ・グラボのインストール等々をする方法を教えてください。（イメージでいうとリカバリーCDを使って初期状態にするような事） 再セットアップをするようになったキッカケは 「Warning! Spyware detected on your computer Install an antivirus or sprware remover to clean your computer」とデスクトップに出て、直後にエラーらしきブルー画面になります。 擬似エラーらしいのですが、不安なので購入した状態にしたいのですが、セットアップを実行しても消えません。完全にOSを入れなおし（初期状態）する方法を教えてください。
