通訳したのですが．．．

U.S./European Alliances Development for Emerging & Established Japanese Companies 新興日本会社への 米国/欧州 同盟開発 この訳変じゃないですか？　一生懸命辞書を引いてがんばったんですが．．でもなんかいまいちぎこちない感じがするんですけど． アドバイスお願いします． あと　Fortune 500 with demonstrated alliances/partnerships 　に使われている　"Fortune 500"　ってどういう風に訳したらいいんでしょうか？ Alliance Company　って　連合会社でいいのですか？

少しだけ。 developmentを「開発」と訳すのは直訳的すぎるかと思います。 developには，「進展させる」とか「発展させる」とかいう意味があるので（例えば "develop the friendship between the two nations" (両国の友好関係を発展させる)とか），最後のところは，「連携の発展」とか「連携の促進」とかいうふうに訳すと良いのではないでしょうか。 （だから，alliancesが複数でdevelopmentが単数になっているのではないかと推察するのですが..。）

最初は「日本の新興企業及び伝統企業に対する、米国と欧州の提携開発」でいかがでしょうか。 (自分を棚に上げて恐縮ですが、この表現は英語を普通に話す人が書いたものでしょうか。Allianceが複数でDevelopmentが単数なことが不自然なように思うのですが) Fortune 500というのは、アメリカのフォーチュンという雑誌が毎年選定する大企業500社のことです。日本語にするとすれば「フォーチュン誌の選ぶ500社」でどうでしょうか。場合によってはそのまま「フォーチュン500」でよい場合もあるでしょう。 Alliance Comapany は - (提携して出資し設立した)共同出資会社 - 提携の相手先企業 - (Companyが複数形であれば) 提携に加わる企業全体 という意味になりそうな気がしますが、どのような場合に使われているのでしょう。
