アメリカのNIH Grant について

NIHのK01グラント(carrier award)について教えてください。 NIHのK01グラント(carrier award)への申請を考えています。 NIHの記載上、You are switching to a substantially new health-related research field とありますが、これは今まで health-related research field でない分野で研究していた人が新しくhealth-related research field に switch する必要があるという意味でしょうか？ K01の難易度や獲得後どのくらいでgreen cardを取得しないといけないかなどについても、教えていただけないでしょうか？

    お世話になります。 ただいま古くなったサーバを再構築しております。 そこで初めてPostgresSQLを使ってみております。 Win上のVBアプリからODBCで HedHat9＆PostgresSQL-7.1.2のDBに 書き込んだり覗いたりが目標です。 とりあえずDBを作ってデータを戻して ACCESSからODBCでDBを覗いております。 管理者ユーザ「postgres」からなら 問題なく読み書きできます。 DBαとDBβというDBが二つ有あり クライアント側の設定も変えたくないので 既存にあわせてそれぞれ用の一般ユーザ AとBを作りました。 grantコマンドを使えばそれぞれのユーザに対応するDBの 読み書き削除の権限をもらせることが出来るようですが テーブルがものすごい量なので 対応するDBのすべてのテーブルの 権限を与えたいと考えております。 テーブル名をアスタリスクで指定すると 一括ですべての権限を与えられるようですが アスタリスクを受け付けてくれないようです。 他の方法で権限を与えることは出来るでしょうか。 お分かりになられる方がおられましたら ご一報いただけると幸いです。

    教えてください。 grant all on データベース名.* to ユーザー @外部IPアドレス identified by 'パスワー'；を実行しましたが、本当にこの外部IPアドレスでgrantされているかの確認をしたいのですが、何か確認コマンドはありますでしょうか。この外部IPアドレスが表示されていればOKです。 あと1点質問ですが、mysql>use データベースしてから確認する必要がありますでしょうか。 宜しくお願いします。

    3年程使っていたHDDが壊れたので、 MaxtorのHDD(DiamondMax 10 6B250R0 250G U133)を購入しました。 私のシステムは、 M/B:Gigabyte GA-7VAXP-A Ultra Memory:IO DATA DR400-512M/ST×2 Graphic:玄人志向 GFX5200-LA128C です。 早速HDDを接続して、OSのインストールをしようとしたのですが、HDDを認識しません。 その時の表示画面を以下に示します。 Award Modular BIOS v6.00PG, An Energy Star Ally Copyright (C) 1984-2003, Award Software, Inc. GA-7VAXP Ultra F7 Check System Health OK MainProcessor : AMD Athlon(tm) XP 1100MHz <CPUID:0681> Memory Testing : 1048576K OK Detecting IDE drives ... と長い間(50秒近く)表示され、その後 Primary Master, Slave 共に「None」と表示されます。 画面が切り替わり、 MBUltra133 (PDC20276) BIOS is not installed because thre are no drives attached. Verifying DMI Pool Data............ Boot from CD : DISK BOOT FAILURE, INSERT SYSTEM DISK AND PRESS ENTER と表示されます。 BIOSがインストールされていないと表示されたので、 調べてみるとちゃんとBIOSの画面は立ち上がります。 FirstBootにHDD-0、SecondBootにHDD-1と設定しています。 また、ジャンパピンの設定を変え、HDDをMaster、Slaveとつなぎ変えてみても、同じ症状です。 CMOS Setup Utility をチェックしてもHDDを認識しません。 CMOSの電池を抜いて、CMOSをクリアしたのですが、症状は変わりません。 私の知識では、HDDの故障なのかどうか全く分かりませんので、 もし、同じ経験がおありの方や、知識がある方がいらっしゃれば、 アドバイスをいただけないでしょうか。 どうかよろしくお願いします。
