Technical information: STOP: 0×0000007F ( 0×0000000D, 0×00000000, 0×00000000, 0×00000000) 」 と英語が書いてあります。 3日経っても直りません。 心当たりがあると言えば、iTunesがエラーになったので、アンインストールの手続きをしたことです。 どうやったら直りますか？ お願いします。

STOP: 0x0000007Fが出てることからハードウェア障害の可能性もありますが、まずはセーフモードで起動してみて、チェックディスクやシステムの復元を行ってみましょう。 Windows XP を セーフ モードで起動する方法 http://support.microsoft.com/kb/880414/ja Windows XP でディスクのエラーをチェックする方法 http://support.microsoft.com/kb/315265/ja Windows XP を以前の状態に復元する方法 http://support.microsoft.com/kb/306084/ja これでダメなら必要なファイルをバックアップして、ＯＳのリカバリ。 それでもダメなら修理or買い替えです。

http://support.microsoft.com/kb/137539/ja 故障が疑われます。 データをバックアップしてOSを再インストールし、再現するか確認した方が良いです。再現するなら故障とみます。

HDDのデータだけバックアップして、可能ならばリカバリしましょう。 それで駄目なら諦めた方が良さそうです。時間をおいたからと言って、 改善されるわけではありません。

現在、DELLのInspiron530を使っているのですが、 BIOSのバージョンを1.00から1.05にバージョンアップしたら、 パソコンをスリープ状態から起動するたびにBlueScreenになり、 A problem has been detected and windows has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer.
