よくわからない英語のソフトを誤ってダウロードしてしまいました。 そしたら、i thunsをいつもどおりに開こうとしたら、 「問題のレポートと解決策」がでてきました、、、 それは全て英語で記載されています。。 以前までは全部ひらがなだったのですが、、、。 英語も機械も苦手でわかりません。 わかる方、どうかよろしくお願いいたします！ ちなみに英語で Download updates for Windows There was a problem with Windows that caused it to stop working correctly. ありがとうございます！ たすかりました。 誤ってダウンロードしてしまったのは良くわからないですが、PCに問題はないようなので安心しています。 ちなみに、最近I phoneと同期がエラーになってしましましたて。。 なぞです。 がんばってみます。

私も先月誤って英語版とは知らず，フリーソフトをダーウンロードして全く以てそのダーウンロードソフトを使えませんでしたから日本語版は何処にあるか★教えて下さいと質問したら，自分で探せと回答されました。 又ある方が，パソコンを使っていて★エラーが英語で書かれて判らず質問してると,回答者が其処に書いてあるだろうと回答のみで，★このサイトは，英語知らない質問者を馬鹿にするだけで誰も内容を教えてくれない様です。それでもベストアンサーで締められるから矛盾ですね。

英語がわからないからって馬鹿にするかたも中にはいるのですね、、 全員ではないと思いますが、馬鹿にするのではなくて親切に注意や意見を言ってくれると嬉しいですよね！ 今回は、焦ったあまり人にすぐ頼ろうとしてしまい、大変恥ずかしく思ってます、、、（苦笑） 回答ありがとうございました。 またよろしくお願いします。

因みに、ＰＣでネット環境があれば翻訳サイトなどでの訳が可能です。 この程度も出来ないようなら、ＰＣの扱いをお辞めになられる方が良いと個人的に 思います。 少々キツイ言い方かもしれませんが、ご自分でお調べに成るのもＰＣの楽しみの一つだと思います。

わざわざご回答ありがとうございました。 そうですね、インターネットをすることが少ないので困ったときのためにOkウエブを利用していたのですが、わざわざ人に回答していただくよりも自分で困った内容を探せるように少し勉強しようとおもいました。
