Mailが送れない

MS　アウトルックを使用してメールを送ったのですが、以下のような文句の見出しで返ってきてしまいます。 アドレスは送られてきたものをコピーしたので間違えはありません。 ------- Failure Reasons -------- User not listed in public Name & Address Book ------- Returned Message -------- どうして送れないのでしょうか？ 教えて下さい。

アウトルックを使用していませんが、相手方のメールサーバーによっては、送信する前にメールチェック（メール受信操作）を行わないと、送信エラーが出る事があります。 一度受信してから送信してみて下さい。

以前は送信できていたアドレスなんでしょうか？ 極まれにですが、送信にしか使わないアドレスとかを使っている場合もありますし、メールアカウントを削除／変更してしまっている場合もあると思いますが、、、 コピーしないで半角英数の手打ちで直接入力した場合はどうでしょう？
