ご質問の文面から判断すると、障害内容解決の為には貼られたリンクを参考にすること。 パスワードの変更が不可能な場合は記載されている電話番号へ連絡してくださいとの事だと思います。 電話など直接のやりとりが難解なようでしたら、英語の詳しい方へ不具合内容を英文へ訳してもらい、その英文をサポートメールを利用して送付。そして返信された英文メールを日本語へ変換する。 少し手間がかかりますが上記方法でも対応は可能だと思います。
