プロキシーでの接続が急にできなくなりました。

プロキシー初心者です。2日程前まではプロキシー経由でサイトを閲覧できましたが、 急に以下のメッセージがでて使えなくなりました。アイコンをたてプロキシー接続にチェックをいれています。 win-xp sp3です。説明不足かと思いますが何かアドバイスお願いします。 メッセージは下記のとおりです。 The requested URL could not be retrieved -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- While trying to retrieve the URL: http://www.abc.go.com The following error was encountered: Unable to determine IP address from host name for www.abc.go.com The dnsserver returned: Refused: The name server refuses to perform the specified operation. www.abc.go.comのIPアドレスがわかんないってDNSに言われたって言ってますけど % nslookup www.abc.go.com Non-authoritative answer: Name: www.abc.go.com Address: 198.105.194.116 proxyサーバが変なDNSを向いているのでは?

Your cache administrator is webmaster. 1分くらいこのメッセージのウィンドウが出て、それから自動的にウィンドウが消え、ブラウザやメーラーが立ち上がります。 これが原因かわかりませんが、一部のフォルダの中身が全く見れません。ファイルはC:\Documents and Settings\user_name\Application Data\Mozilla\Profiles\user_name\wi54fepl.slt\Mailに存在しています。4．7のときのデータをコピーしても同じです。4.7は消さずにインストールしてしまい、Messenger4．7を立ち上げると見れないメールデータが読めます。 説明がわかりにくくてすみませんが、原因と設定方法を教えてください。ちなみにOSはWin2000です。
