His mother is proud of it. を一文にしなさい。動名詞をつかいなさい。 解答：His mother is proud of Bob ( Bob's ) being a member of the Boy Scouts. とあるのですが、代名詞の出し方がよくわかりません。 解答文が第一番目の文とすると Bob's mother is proud of his (him) being a member of the Boy Scouts. と先にBobの名前をだすから 主語のそのあとの代名詞にhis(him)が使えると思うのですが、主語にいきなりHis ~ときて動詞の目的語ではじめてBob(Bob's)って出てくるのっておかしくないですか？ よくわかりません。教えてください。

In any company there is always to be found one whose pride it is that he is different from his fellows. 語順が変則的になっていますか？ 特にthere is always to be found oneの部分の構造が分かりません。 be動詞＋不定詞で「to be」は可能を表すので、 「～の人を常に見つけらることができる」みたいな意訳になりますが、 直訳ではどうなりますか？
