下記の文章の一部分がわかりません。 どう解釈すれば良いでしょうか。 A company shall in addition to 3 above provide an annual purchase forecast by product from the first months of every year of this agreement and shall confirm orders as a minimum of two months prior to shipment date. A社は上記の３つの条項に加えて、本契約書の毎年一月に年に一度の副製品の購入計画書を提出し、船積日よりも最低2ヶ月前に注文の確認をすることとする？ 特にannual purchase forcast by productの部分がわかりません。 専門書もみてみましたが適訳が不明です。 よろしくお願い致します。

annual purchase forcast by product 製品別年次購入予定 by-product（副製品）ではなく、by product（製品ごとに、製品別に）だと思います。 この場合のbyは、下のURLの11番目に載っている意味です。 http://dic.yahoo.co.jp/dsearch?enc=UTF-8&p=by&dtype=1&dname=1na&stype=0&pagenum=1&index=01056800 製品の生産・出荷の予定が立てられるように、年間の予定を提出し、さらに船積み2ヶ月前までに注文の確認する（注文を確定させる）ということでしょう。

PURCHASE ORDERというのは購入申込書、のことですが、契約書中に「契約」「購買条件」そのものをさしていうときがあるようなのですが、そういう場合はどのように訳せばいいのでしょう？ たとえば failure by buyer to insist upon strict compliance to the terms of this Purchase Order is not a waver of the term. こういう場合です。 辞書には「発注書」しかないです、、。。

以下の文がうまく訳せません。ＬＩＢＯＲは調べた所、ロンドン銀行間出し手金利とありましたが、ＪＰＹは日本円という事で、あわせると日本円ロンドン銀行間出し手金利？、良く意味がわかりません。Ｉｎｔｅｒｅｓｔ Ｐｅｒｉｏｄも金利期間、利息期間、利子期間、いろいろ訳があり、どれが一番ふさわしいのか、Ｉｎｔｅｒｅｓｔ を払う側にしてみれば、利息なのでしょうか？「利率は、日本円建てロンドン銀行間出し手金利12か月分で、金利期間が始まる最初の日から3日営業日前の日本円建てロンドン銀行間出し手金利、プラス4.24％になる」というような訳でいいのでしょうか？ やっぱり良く分かりません。 For every Interest Period thereafter, the annual interest rate shall be: twelve (1２) months YPY LIBOR, which shall be twelve(1２) months YPY LIBOR rate shown three (3) Business days prior to the first day of such Interest Period, plus 4.24 %. ご教授のほど、よろしくお願いします。
