exeファイルが開けません

今日Sleipnirを導入しようと公式サイトからDLしたのですが、開こうとすると NSIS Error The installer you are trying to use is corruupred or incomplete. This could be the result of a damaged disk. a failed download or a virus. You may want to contact the author of this installer to obtain a new copy. It may be possible to skip this check using the/NCRC command line switch (NOT RECOMMENDED) と表示され開けません。 また別のexeファイル（自己解凍）も開こうとすると『セットアップファイルが壊れています』と表示され開けません。 圧縮ファイルの中のexeも同様で、解凍するとexeファイルだけがエラーで解凍できません。 分かりにくい文章ですみません。対処方法を教えてください。

ANo.1：kanzaiのおっしゃる様に未完全ダウンロードです。 　ダウンロード時表示されるファイルのサイズとダウンロード完了時のファイルサイズを比較確認して下さい。 ダウンロード量が小さい場合は再ダウンロードの再に上書き保存した方が、きちんとダウンロードされます。要確認を

EXEは危険だから開くなと聞いています。私はＢＥＡＲＳＨＡＲＥというのを使っていますが、ＥＸＥは開けないようになっていて安心した事を憶えています。ＳＥＴＵＰという所を見て下さい。開けないようになっていると思います。

ダウンロードに失敗しているようです。 再度ダウンロードしてください。 同様のメッセージが出ている限りダウンロードに失敗しているので、様時は再々度ダウンロードを！
