ウィンドウも開かず、ダウンロードもできません！
別に怪しいサイトにも行ってないのに、突然動きが鈍くなり、ウィンドウズはスパイウェアを発見しましたの文字が出てきました。IEも反応しなくなったので、再スタートをすると、以下のようにでてきました。 テクニカルインフォメーション STOP:0x000000c2 (0x00000007,0x00000cd4,0x84e6c890,0x84DAC9A8) その上に、解決しないようならF８でアドバンススタートして、セーフモードで新しいハードウェアを取るが（何も新しいものはいれてませんが）BIOSメモリーをディスエイブルしてくださいともでています。どうしていいかわかりません、よろしくお願いします。困っています。

windowsを立ち上げてるときに青い画面になって真中らへんにvirusなんたらかんたらって書いてませんでした？ それでしたらかなり面倒なことになると思いますよ。 わたしのPCもなったんですが、HDDディスクにウイルス入ったのかなぁ？と思い他のPCでセカンダリとしてHDDをつなげるとHDDの中を見ることができます♪そこでウイルスを殺して元のPCで繋げてみても、同じブルースクリーンがでました。ということは。HDD以外に感染してPCが動きたくないって状態になっていると考えられます。（多分マザーボードだとおもうんですけど…良く分かりません） なので必要なデータだけ、他のPCと繋げて大切なデータだけ移してしまう事をお勧めします。その後PCを買いHDDをつけてやれば大切なデータと新しいPCのHDD容量だけ増えますよ。住んでいるところは知りませんが秋葉原にOSなしでPCが結構安く売っているので治せないときは秋葉原での購入をお勧めします♪ これはあくまで自分の経験なのでほかに治す方法があるかも知れませんので参考程度に考えてください。 失礼しました。
補足
VIRUSなんたらかんたらとは無く、そのかわり、立ち上がった後に、 SPYWAREが発見されましたとでてきますが、IEさえ開かないので、駆逐ソフトがダウンロードできません。VIRUSではないので、できたらこのままなんとか使いたいのですが、ひたすら動きが遅くなっている状態です。

前々から動きが遅かったりはしてたのですが、何日か前から急に調子がおかしくなり、インターネットが開いてもすぐ閉じたり、スタートのタスクバーが消えちゃったり.....。(子供がゲームのサイトをしてからおかしくなったような???) 昨日はとうとう通常起動も困難になり、昼間まではセーフモードも使えたのですが、今はこんな文面が出てきてしまいセーフモードも使えなくなってしまいました。↓ A problem has been detected and windows has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer. 経過続報です。BIOSセットアップ画面まできました。F12を押すタイプでした。さて、その後ですが、どうしたらいいでしょうか？できたらなんとかNORTONを持っているのでこれを起動させてどうにかなるかな？なんて考えてたり、とにかくSPYBOTかなにかウェブサイトからダウンロードする方法がないでしょうか？お願いします。アドバイスください。

ありがとうございます。でも何か難しいですね。初期画面時にディバグモードというものもありますが、これでスタートしたほうがいいのでしょうか？また＞セーフモード「前回正常時の構成」を選び起動もしてみたのですが、デスクトップがいつもと同じように出てきてしまい、私の想像する黒い画面での操作ではありません。しかも、いつ＞「BIOSセットアップを呼び出すキーを見つける タイミングなのかもつかめません。 非常に困っています。 どうしたらですか、さらにアドバイスをください。
