Safeモードでしか起動しなくなってしまいました。

プリインストールのＯＳにほとんどの機種にc:\windows\options\cabsというファイルがあります。 これがWindows９８のインストールディスクその物です 何かインストールしたいときＣＤＲＯＭを要求されたらこのフォルダーを指定すればＯＫです。 あとは、 Safeモードで立ち上げ、Win98SEのＣＤ－ＲＯＭをいれて、上書きインストールですかね。 なお、上書きインストールすると、色々問題が出て来ますので、このサイト参考に

タイトルのトラブルで困っています。 ウィンドウズのロゴが出たらすぐに、 The following file is missing or ocrrupted: C:?WINDOWS?BILING.SYS そして There is an error in your CONFIG.SYS file on line 4 これとおなじ表記で４から９、そして１７が出ます。 そしてそのすぐ下に、 The following file is missing or ocrrupted: COMMAND.COM Type the name of the command interpreter (e.g.,C:?WINDOWS?COMMAND.COM) C:> （？はバックスラッシュ） これはどういうことなんでしょうか？ 何かコマンドを入力すればいいのでしょうか。 それか、リカバリしかないんでしょうか・・・ ほかの質問回答も参考にしましたが、微妙に症状が 違うみたいなので質問させていただきました。 よろしくお願いします。

- すっきり!!デフラグ後起動が出来なくなりました(win98SE)

- 驚速ソフトでPCが起動しなくなりました
windows98のPCに驚速ソフトを入れて使用したのですが、2回目使用して再起動してから、立ち上がらなくなってしまいました。 there is an error in your CONFIG.SYS file on line 6 the following file is missing or corrupted:＼WINDOWS＼JDISP.SYS こんな文が15行ぐらいあり、最後は Cannot find WIN.COM unable to continue loading Windows. ありがとうございます。やはりCDDを購入しインストールし直すしかないのですしょうか。現時点で手も足も出ない状態です。
