たぶん、ソフトを実行中になんらかの（たぶんソフトの異常で）再起動がかかり、作業中だったＤＩＳＫ（通常ディスクへの書き込みはすぐにはされないので）の状態が不正になり、 再起動の時に自動的にチェックディスクが起動して、 不正状態のファイルを強制的に直したものと思われます。 直したといっても、ＯＳの管理状態としての不正な状態をなおしただけで元のファイルとしては使えません。 残念ですが、元には戻せません。
