交換局にて発送準備中 交換局でこの郵便物の発送準備中であるとの情報を受け取りました。 Origin Post（交換局）とは、簡単にいえば発地側の郵便局のことです。 つまり、この郵便物は郵便局には届いていて、これから仕分けや発送の手続きにかかる（もしくはその作業中）ということです。 ところで、質問者さんは受け取る側ですか？それとも発送人ですか？

再びお邪魔します。 これまでの他のご質問と、 ＞発送人です。 というコメントから察するに、日本からアメリカに向けてEMSか何かを発送されたんですかね？ それで、USPS（アメリカの郵便局）か日本の郵便局のウェブサイトでその荷物を追跡されている－ーといったところでしょうか。 そういう状況であれば、先の回答は Origin Post（交換局）とは、簡単にいえばアメリカで仕分けをする郵便局のことです。 つまり、この郵便物は届け先の最寄りの郵便局には届いていて、これから仕分けや発送の手続きにかかる（もしくはその作業中）ということです。 と読み替えていただいていいと思います。 特に問題がなければもう数日すると配達されるでしょう。

商品に不良があったので相手に連絡し、追跡番号付きで返品し到着後に返金する、という話になりました。 私は商品を小型包装物（SAL便）にオプションで書留を付け（それによって追跡番号が付くと局員に聞いたので）、一応念のために受け取り通知も付けて発送しました。問い合わせで、2/11に出国をしているのを確認しています。 USPSの追跡の所で番号を入力したところ、 Status: Origin Post is Preparing Shipment We have received notice that the originating post is preparing to dispatch this mail piece. と出ました。 向こうでオリジナルの番号が付けられた、という内容でしょうか。 私の持っている番号は最後はJPです。この番号では、いくら検索しても最後まで確認できないのでしょうか。 相手に到着の確認をしたらまだ着いていない様です。 逆に今の荷物の状態を調べて教えてと言われ、上の文章を貼り付け、私には理解できないので、そちらでUSPSに聞いてみてと連絡しました。しかしその後連絡は来ていません。 まず、荷物の追跡は日本からはもう不可能でしょうか。 それにしても日本を11日に出ているので、もう着いていてもおかしくないのでは、と思うのですがアメリカ国内の郵便も日数かかりますか？ 今後、最悪もし商品到着の連絡が無い場合、ペイパルへクレームとして届ければよいのでしょうか。私は受領書と追跡番号の記録が手元にあります。 そして、イーベイで運悪く返品となった場合、先に返金してもらってから返品するのか、先に商品を返品してから返金なのか、どちらが良いのですか？今回は相手に先に返品してくれるように言われたので従いましたが、通常はどうなのでしょうか。 返品したはいいが返金してくれない、という事もあるようなので、非常に不安です。何か良いアドバイスをお願いします。

Alibaba.comで買い物をしました。PAYPALで支払い、Status：Order Complete.となり11/11に次のメールを受け取りました。 Full Shipment Made for Order No. 10008xxxxx Full shipment has been made for Order no. 10008xxxxx. You can track delivery on DHL ’s website using the tracking number, 73920xxxx. Please confirm delivery within 27 days of receipt.If you are not satisfied with the shipment or if the shipment did not arrive within 27 days, you can submit a Refund Request here. ところが、今日になり次のメールが入っていました。 Please be kindly advised that the payment of order 10008xxxxx cannot be released right now because the tracking number is invalid. Please confirm if you have received the full shipment for your Order No. 10008xxxxx. If you have not received your full shipment, please contact us before 19 Nov 2010 .
