文法が良く分からないのですが(英語論文の投稿規定)
下の文の文法が良く分からないのですが・・・ (英語論文の投稿規定よりの抜粋です) "This form can be completed on the screen. However, the signatures need to be made by hand, why we suggest that the form is filled digitally and then printed, signed and scanned before it is uploaded together with the manuscript files in the journal’s online submission form." おそらく意味合いとしては、 "このフォームはスクリーン上(PC上)で埋める事が出来る。しかしながら、サインは手書きの必要がある。そのため、原稿のファイルをオンライン上でアップロードする前に、フォームをデジタルで埋められる所は埋めて、印刷して、サインをして、スキャンをしておく事を勧める" と言う意味だとは思うのですが。 良く分からないのが、"why"を"because of it"の意味を兼ね備えた接続詞の様に使ってる?のが、ちょっと用法が分からないと思い、混乱を来しています。 あるいは私が不勉強なだけで、見当外れの質問をしているのかもしれないのですが、文法上の解釈に付き、御教授頂けると嬉しいです。

文法的には the signatures need to be made by hand と why we suggest that the form is filled digitally ... が同格になっています。 サインは手書きの必要がある すなわち， ～することをすすめる理由 （なぜ～しなければならないか） why は先行詞を含む関係副詞 あるいは間接疑問で，いずれにせよ，名詞節。 このような，前にある文を， コンマ名詞 と同格的に言い換えることはよくあります。 ただ，こういう why 節というのは見たことはありません。

解釈はあっていますね。単にwhyの前に that is が省略されていると考えればよい。

以下の文章に関する質問です。 “How does your ruling reason manage itself? For in that is the key to everything. Whatever else remains, be it in the power of your choice or not, is but a corpse and smoke.” be it in the power of your choice or notの文法解釈に自信がないです。 これは、”if …or not “ の「〜であろうと、〜なかろうと」の形が使われている、if の省略による倒置、仮定的意味合いから仮定法現在のbe が使われている、という理解で正しいのか自信が持てないです。 解釈チェック宜しくお願いします。

日本語の助詞についておしえてください。 日本語のテストあります。これは２回目の同じ質問？です。英語で教えてほしいです。 This is my second time to ask for your help, I am in the middle of studying japanese for JLPT3 and I need your assistance for figure them out. Here is the 2 questions. (1)because of you I became stronger So I wrote: 毎日私は強いなります。 Someone said it meant strong like fighting. and "よろしくお願いします” to be about studying. I didn't know the kanji/words it's using. I would like to know why it is and what it is. (2)Thinking "my japanese is slowly better because of you". I wrote 私の日本語がゆっくり良いのであなたです。 Someone said 私の日本語がだんだんと良くなるのは、あなたのおかげです。is correct. But also some are said it is a little awkward and they would say they can omit と and だんだん～になる seems more natural to say. I have no idea which is correct and why it is. That's when I realized, I need なる to make it "becomes better". I also knew "だんだん" but I didn't know why it used "と" or why と"? Why not just "だんだん良くなる?" I didn't understand why that particle（と） was there and why the sentence was made the way it was. Your assistance would be highly appreciated. Thank you.
