PCトラブル

PCトラブル発生しました。 PCはNEC77E Windows7 air videoをダウンロードしたのですが、エラーが発生するので、一度アンインストールをしようとしたのですが、このようなメッセージが出てしまい困っています。 Are you sure you want to remove air video server 2.4.3 and all its components? ゛はい¨か¨いいえ”と出ますのではいをクリックすると、今度は air video server now press retry to automatically close air video server and continue or press cancel the installation entirely と出て 再試行をクリックしても、何度も同じ画面の繰り返しで、その後に進めません。PC初心者なので、とても困ってます。どなたか詳しく教えていただけると助かります。宜しくお願いします。

こんばんは セーフモードに入ってアンインストールしてみてください。 セーフモードへ入るには、PCの電源を入れ、画面表示が始まったらF8キーを連打です。
