ブルースクリーンが出ました

昨日、ＰＣ使用中に下記のブルースクリーンが出ました。 KERNEL_MODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED *** STOP: 0x1000008e (0xc0000005, 0xbf06c2ba, 0xee0bea84, 0x00000000) *** ati2cqag.dll - Address 0xbf06ad6a base at 0xbf051000 DateStamp 0x4339f626 Blue Screen Viewで、確認したところ、win32k.sysとati2cqag.dllが原因となっていました。 対処方法がよくわからないので、よろしくお願いします。 スペックは 富士通　ＦＭＶＮＢ50S Windows XP Home SP3 デバイス：ATI RADEON EXPRESS 200M Series プロセッサ：Intel(R) Celeron(R) M processor 1.60GHz メモリ：958MB です。

パソコンが起動しないならセーフモードを試したり リカバリーディスクで修復インストールとかしてみては...

    定期的にKERNEL_MODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLEDでのブルースクリーンが発生します。 Bug　Check　Codeは0x1000008eで共通してます。 Ｐｒｏｄｕｃｔ　Nameは最近だとATI Radeon Familyが2回、Microsoft(R) Windows(R) Operating Systemが1回です。 それ以外にもいろいろでていた時期もありますが、ここ最近はこんな感じです、ATI Radeon と書かれてるのでカード関係が何かおかしいのでしょうか？

  • 突然ブルースクリーンになって再起動
