WindowsServer2003のサービスが勝手に落ちてしまう現象が出て、対応に困っております。 詳細は、以下になります。 ■svxhost.exe -k netsvcs で起動されるサービスが一斉に落ちてしまう。 ↓以下、落ちてしまうサービスです Automatic Updates Secondary Logon Task Scheduler Workstation Server Logical Disk Manager Cryptographic Services Computer Browser Windows Audio Wireless Configuration Shell Hardware Detection Help and Support 落ちる時間に一貫性は無く、2時間ほど稼動することもあれば、サービス再起動後10分ほどで落ちることもあります。 サービスが落ちるときには、同一セグメントにおいてある全てのWindowsServer2003端末のサービスが、全ての端末で落ちてしまいます。 影響範囲はWindowsServer2003のみで、他のOSには影響はありません。 以下のURLに似たような現象向けのパッチがあったので適用してみましたが、効果はありませんでしが。 http://support.microsoft.com/kb/932762/ja 過去に同じような状況が発生した例や、対応方法をご存知であれば、お教えいただけないでしょうか。 よろしくお願い致します。

WindowsMessengerでのチャットは問題なくできているのですが、リモートアシスタンスを使おうとすると、「リモートホスト名の問題が解決できません」という内容が表示されて相手のコンピュータに接続できません。 ポートの3389の開放が必要だと聞いていましたが、ルータ内蔵モデム(NTTのＳＶ２)でUPnPを使用するように設定して、パケットフィルタの設定で「外部装置から開始されるTCPセッションを遮断」のチェックもはずしました。 思い当たる事としては最近パソコンの起動が遅かったのでシステム構成ユーティリティから「サービス」で、 ・Smart Card ・Terminal Services ・Distrubuted Link Tracking Client ・Universal Plug and Play Device Host ・Uninterruptible Power Supply ・Automatic Updates のチェックをはずしました。この中にリモートアシスタンスを使用するに当たってはずしてはいけないようなものがあったのでしょうか？それとも他に原因があるのでしょうか？ PCとネットの環境は以下の通りです。 PC OS ：XPhomeSP2 CPU：Pen4 3.2GHz メモリ：512MB HDD：250GB ネット キャリア：フレッツADSL12M ISP ：DION 速度：上り850K，下り1.5M モデム：NTTのSV2 よろしくお願いします。

機種-NEC 機種番-VL570/7 OS-WindowsXP Home Edition Version 2002 Service Pack 2 まず始めに、とあるサイトでDLしたことがきっかけだと思いますが、DL後PCを立ち上げなおしたところ「コンピューターが危険にさらされている可能性があります」というバルーンが出てきました。 その原因は自動更新の無効でしたが、WindowsUpdateのサイトに行って手動で更新しようにもエラーがでて更新できませんでした。 対処法に従って、\services.mscを起動して Automatic Updatesを開きスタートアップの種類を無効⇒自動を選択して適用、サービスの開始を押したのですが「エラー1058:指定されたサービスは無効であるか、有効なデバイスが関連付けられていないため開始できません」となり、なすすべがありません。 ウィルス対策ソフトでスパイウェアを一部検索し、6匹ほど出てきたので削除。 その後、もう一度PCを再起しInternetExplorerを起動したら、 「ATTENTION! If your computer is infected, you could suffer date loss,erratic PC behaviour,PC freezes and creahes. Detect and remove viruses before they damage your computer! Antivirus 2009 will perfrom a quick and 100% FREE scan of your computer for Viruses,Spyware and Adware. Do you want to install Antibirus 2009 to scan your computer for malware now?(Recommended)」 というウインドウが出現し、OKorキャンセルがでてくるのですが、×を押して回避しています。 すると別窓でhttp://antivirus-server.com/2009/1/_freescan.php?aid=77052207のURLのサイトが出現し勝手にサーチみたいなのをしてきます。 全て英語なので何がなんだかわからず「やばいのかな？」とおもったのでインストを求められたのでインストをしてしまいました。 するとウイルス対策がTOJ_RENOS.ASというウイルスを発見したが削除、隔離出来ませんでしたとでてきたので・・・ 何度もウィルス検索してもかからないので。。。 このわかり難いですが、二つの問題を解決し、元のPC戻すにはどうしたらいいでしょうか・・・？ どうか、助けてください・・・

0はじめまして。 今回初投稿させていただきます。 windows2003 R2 std sp2 64bitマシンにおいて、 svchostが突然ダウンする現象が発生し、 関連して以下サービスが突然落ちました。 ・Automatic Updates ・Computer Browser ・Cryptographic Services ・Distributed Link Tracking Client ・HID Input Service ・Secondary Logon ・Server ・Windows Audio ・Windows Firewall/Internet Connection Sharing (ICS) ・Wireless Configuration ・Workstation 現象発生時は、サーバの再起動で復旧させました。 KBを探したところ、以下がヒットしましたが、 対策となっていないようです。 ・KB932762 →既に適用済み ・KB910666 →64bit端末のため、対象外 ・KB958644 →既に適用済み このような中、何か対策をご教授いただけると幸いです。 補足情報として、svchostダウン現象確認前に、以下イベントログがありました。 ■システムログ ・eventID：7032 ・type：error The Service Control Manager tried to take a corrective action (Restart the service) after the unexpected termination of the Windows Management Instrumentation service, but this action failed with the following error: An instance of the service is already running. ダイナミックDNSが繋がらなくなるのは何故？ 本社と工場で、インターネット経由でシステムを共有しています。 IPアドレスが固定ではないためダイナミックDNSを利用しています。 通常はアドレス欄に http://xxxxxx.com:80 と入力すればメニュー画面がでるようになっています。 ところが、突然、同じアドレスを入力しても 『Internet Explorer ではこのページは表示できません』 というエラーが出るようになりました。 工場でも本社でも同様のエラーです。 ダイナミックDNSはDynDNSの無料のものを使っています。 どんな手順で何をチェックすれば良いのか全く検討がつきませんので、よろしくご指導願います。

今、ここのサイトを利用してます・・・ http://www.mydns.jp/ それで調べてみたら ルーターにもＤＤＮＳ機能があると言う事で どうせならルーターで利用しようかな？と思ってます この無料サイトを利用しなくても ルーターについていたら 同じ様な効果を発揮するのでしょうか？

もしかすると、同じ質問がどこかにあるかもしれませんが、知識が乏しく、関連性がある質問があるかどうか判断できないため、あえて質問させてください。 ホームページを閲覧しようとしたところ、以前利用していた、プロバイダーからの「ネームサーバアドレスをご確認ください」というメッセージが表示され、ホームページの閲覧ができなくなりました。 内容は、 「お客様にご利用いただいているネームサーバアドレス（DNS）は、変更または廃止されています。 下記ネームサーバアドレス一覧をご確認の上、ご利用いただけるネームサーバアドレスに変更してください。」 ということでした。 自体がよく飲み込めなかったため、このプロバイダーに問い合わせたところ、次のような回答が帰ってきました。 「お客様がご利用されているパソコンで、以前弊社サービスをご利用いただいていたことがある場合、以前参照していた弊社のDNS情報がお客様のご利用環境において、キャッシュとして残っているため該当の画面が表示されているものかと存じます。 インターネット接続の設定において、DNSの情報を自動取得する設定になっていましたら、現在ご利用のプロバイダ様のDNSを指定するように設定を変更してください。」 回答は以上のないようでしたが、理解に苦しんでおります。そして、どのような対応を取ればよいのか、分かる方、教えてください。 ハードは、NEC Lavie C OSは、Windows98 です。 補足はできる限りさせていただきます。 よろしくお願いいたします。
