海外の追跡番号
海外から購入してトラッキングナンバーが送られてきました 昨日トラッキングナンバーを検索してみたら 表示されたのですが We have received your item, posted on 08/03/11 and it is being processed for delivery abroad. 08/03/11とは日付ではないのでしょうか

先日、カルフォルニアのネットショップで買い物をして 本日（4/20）出荷のメールが届きました。 トラッキングナンバーを頂き、追跡してみたら 下記の様に結果が出ました。 Label/Receipt Number: CJ** **** ***U S Status: Delivered Abroad Your item was delivered at 1:06 pm on April 22, 2009. Additional information for this item is stored in files offline. この内容だと、2009/4/22にどこかに荷物が到着していると いうことですよね。 ショップ側がトラッキングナンバーを間違えたのでしょうか？ それとも、しばらく待てば新しいトラッキングナンバーとして認識され 追跡できるようになるのでしょうか？ ご教授お願い致します。

Thanks, というメールが金曜日に届きました。ここまではいいのですが、翌土曜日に Hello, We have cancelled your order since the check you sent us did not clear. Thanks, というメールが届きました。クリアー（換金のこと？）できないようですが、土日で金融機関が営業していない関係でしょうか。 最初のメールでおよそ1週間待つように指示されていますので、このまま待って（そろそろ1週間ですが）いればいいのでしょうか？それともこちらに何か不備があって、何かしないといけないのでしょうか。英語が分からないので不安です。どなたか教えていただけませんか？

Alibaba.comで買い物をしました。PAYPALで支払い、Status：Order Complete.となり11/11に次のメールを受け取りました。 Full Shipment Made for Order No. 10008xxxxx Full shipment has been made for Order no. 10008xxxxx. You can track delivery on DHL ’s website using the tracking number, 73920xxxx. Please confirm delivery within 27 days of receipt.If you are not satisfied with the shipment or if the shipment did not arrive within 27 days, you can submit a Refund Request here. ところが、今日になり次のメールが入っていました。 Please be kindly advised that the payment of order 10008xxxxx cannot be released right now because the tracking number is invalid. Please confirm if you have received the full shipment for your Order No. 10008xxxxx. If you have not received your full shipment, please contact us before 19 Nov 2010 . If we do not hear from you, we will assume that you have received your shipment in satisfactory condition and payment will be released to the supplier. 上記の「Please confirm if you have received the full shipment for your Order No. 10008xxxxx.If you have not received your full shipment～」部分がよくわかりません。 業者(Supplier)に私から確認する必要があるのでしょうか？ 何をすべきかどなたか教えてくれると助かります。

以前アメリカのネットショップで商品を購入した際、届いた商品に足りないものがあったので、その商品を送るようにとメールしました。 そのときに相手から来たメールの内容がよく分かりません。 I apologize you received your incomplete. Please verify if you received your package damaged, the item number and quantity you are missing, and the address you would like your reshipment sent. Once we have this information your order will be reshipped. 上記の文なのですが、梱包の破損、商品番号、商品の足りない数を確認しなさいという感じかと思うのですが、イマイチわからないので教えてください。

Yes that item is still for sale. We don’t stock it so it would take approx 3-4 weeks to get a hold of. The cost is ￡769.20 including VAT. Delivery cost would depend on delivery address, if you could provide this to us then we could get you a delivery cost. Unfortunately we don’t deliver out with the UK. If you pay for the item in full and we have cleared funds you could then send in a courier yourself to collect the item.
