ラジー賞　会員について

アメリカで、つまらない映画や俳優を投票で決める、ラジー賞がありますが、どなたか会員の方っていらっしゃいますか？

気になった（つまらなかった）映画について語り合ったり、投票もするようですが。会員（有料ですよね）にも色々ランクがあるようなので、もし会員の方がいらっしゃるようでしたら、どんな参加の仕方をしているのかを教えて下さい。授賞式に参加した方、いるのでしょうか？あと、書き込みだけなら会員にならなくても登録するだけでOKなようですが・・・

会員でなくても知っている方、教えて下さい。

ラジー賞の公式ホームページによると汎用会員になるのに
初年度は３５ドル後は毎年２５ドル振り込むことにより
書き込みや投票権が出るようです。

ＨＰを見ても、英語が得意ではないので理解が危ういです。
書き込みだけなら会員にならなくても出来そうに思われたので、（←違うかも・・）
だったら会員のメリットは何かな、と気になったもので。

特に、高い会費の必要な上位ランクに付いてくる権利が色々あるみたいですけど、違いは何だろう、と。こんな高いのに入ってる人はいるのかな、なんで入ってるのだろう、と気になりました。
