(get more credits) subscribe for:... という様に、文章が続いていて、1ヶ月かそれ以上という選択ボタンがあります。 期限が切れたので、購読手続きをしなおしてくださいという内容だと思っているのですが、 もし、そうだとしたら購読なのに、1ヶ月購読料0円というのは一体どういうことなのでしょうか。 それとも、これは形式的な形に沿って同意を求めてるだけなのでしょうか？

まず、expiredということは、あなたは今まで購読していたのでしょうか？ １ヶ月の購読料が0円ではなく、0 credit(s)となっていますね。 そしてあなたは今現在0 creditを持っていて（持っていないくて）、もっと貯められますよ、と書いてあることから、このサイトでなんらかの方法で「credit」とやらを貯められるのではないですか？ いずれにしろ、誰にでも購読して欲しいのでしょう。 その目的はフリーペーパーとして購読量を増やして広告掲載料をあげるためなのか、それともあなたの個人情報が欲しいためなのかはわかりません。 Free* Subscription Needed のFreeのあとの★がありますが、後半に何か補足説明がないですか？

すいません、お礼が遅れてしまいました。 いえ、今まで購読したことはなく、 サイトがリニューアルしたそうで、それに伴いこのようなページが出てきたようです 補足説明らしき記述はありませんでした。 何はともあれフリーということで安心しました momojiro05さん、ありがとうございました。
