私はイディオム集などを見て暗記するのはだいっきらいで、この手の問題は以下の様に解決しました。 とにかく英文を読む。理解しようがしていまいが読む。 そうすると、この手の問題は具体的に覚えた記憶がなくっても「ぽんっ」と解けます。たとえば日本語のて、を、に、は、などを文法的に理解して覚えてその知識にもとずいてあてはめるってかなり苦しいと思いませんか？ まあ人それぞれでしょうけど。
