extra shippingって？
- abebooksというサイトで中古の本をオーダーする際に、extra shippingというオプションがあります。しかし、そのオプションを拒否したため、オーダーの状態が中途半端になってしまいました。
- extra shipping rejectedというステータスが表示されているため、どうすれば良いのか迷っています。
- 購入した本の配送方法はSurface Mailかキャンセルのどちらかになるようです。どちらを選択すれば良いのか、わかりません。

abebooksというサイトで、中古の本をオーダーしました。 ただ、オーダーが中途半端なのか、こんなメールが届きました。 「Since you have rejected the additional charges, we can either ship via Surface Mail or CANCEL. What would you like us to do?」 自分のオーダーのステータス部分にextra shipping rejectedと書いてあったので、気になってはいたのですが、よく意味が分からずそのままにしていました。オーダーが完了していないと分かった今も、どうすれば良いのか分からず途方にくれています。 どなたか何をすれば良いのか、教えて頂けないでしょうか？？

「追加料金を払わないとされたので、船便にするか注文キャンセルに するかを選んでください」ということですね。普通料金に追加を払うと 航空便で送られるようになっていたようです。船便でよければ、 「Please ship via surface」と返事をすればいいと思います。

For an order this size, shipping charges will run you approximately 1500.00 to 2000.00 US funds. このサイズだと、送料が約1500ドル～2000ドルかかります。 ってことでしょうか？？ 1500～2000ドルというのは、「送料のみの料金」なのか「商品＋送料」の金額なのか分からないため、ご教示お願いいたします (多分、商品込みかなーと思うのですが商品自体の価格も分からないためちょっと困り気味です)
