起動直後にブルースクリーンが出ます。

立ち上げて、すぐに通常の起動をするとエラー画面が出てきます。 セーフモードでの起動はできます。 エラーメッセージは次のようなものです。 「A problem has been detected and Windows has benn shut down to prevent damage to your computer. If...（ここにはこの表示がはじめてでてきたなら、再起動しろと書いてあります。） Check to be sure you have adequate disk space. If a driver is idetified in the stop message, disable the driver or check with the manufacturer for driver updates, Try changing video adapters. Check with your hardware vendor for any BIOS updates, Disable BIOS memory options such as caching or shadowing. If you need to use Safe Mode to remove or disable computers, and then select Safe Mode. Techinical information: Stop: 0x0000008E (0xC000001D, 0xff7454B4, 0x80551880, 0x00000000) 以前、同じような状態になった時にこちらで質問したのですが、解決には至らずＵＳＢ接続を直接ではなくＨＵＢからの接続にしたところ、問題が起こりづらくなりました。しかし最近になり、起動直後にこのメッセージが何回も続くことが多いのと、前回の表示とは少しメッセージが違うので再度質問させていただきました。 前回質問したＵＲＬ http://oshiete1.goo.ne.jp/kotaeru.php3?q=1346687 私はパソコン用語などに詳しくないので、なるべくわかりやすく説明していただければ幸いです。 よろしくお願いいたします。

http://support.microsoft.com/kb/827663/ja MicrosoftのテクニカルサポートによるとSP2で修正済みだそうなので、SP2にアップグレードしていない場合はアップグレードしてみてはいかがでしょうか?

ご回答ありがとうございます。 このようなサイトがるとは、知りませんでした。問題はまだ解決できていませんが、そのうち解決できると思いますので、気長に騙し騙し使っていこうと思います。

USBに何をつないでるかわからないのですが、 はずして、起動しても起こりますか? いちど、Checkdiskをしてみるといいかもしれません。 http://210.224.170.171/pc/checkdisk.html Checkdiskの仕方についてかかれています。 設定のところのチェックディスクのオプションのところの 不良セクタをスキャンし、回復するにチェックを入れておくと詳しくチェックするために時間がかかります。 はずして、やれば壊れたファイルのチェックだけなので、早く終わります。 また、デバイスマネージャーなどで『Ｘ』『！』など表示されてませんか? http://www.microsoft.com/japan/windowsxp/pro/using/itpro/managing/devicemgr.asp
