ソースネクストのデータプロテクトをインストール
ソースネクストのデータプロテクトをインストールしました。 WindowsＸＰのパソコンにインストールしました。 インストール時、カスタムインストールのボタンを押したのが悪かったのか、再起動後ログインまではできるのです が、以下のメッセージがでてしまいます。 Microsoft Visual C++ Debug Library Debug Error! Program: C:\WINDOWS\Explorer.exe This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an usual way. Please contact the application support team for more information. 中止、再試行、無視 のボタンが選べるのですが、 いつものデスクトップが表示されず、 壁紙だけの状態で何もできなくなってしまいました。 お願い！ だれか、解決方法を示してもらえませんか？

私も今日インストールしましたが、全く同じメッセージが出て、PCが使えなくなってしまい、ソースネクストのQ&Aにもありませんでしたのでいろいろ探した結果この掲示を見ました。 セーフモードで立ち上げてもやはりだめでした。 Help!

softnaviを起動させようとすると、 Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library Runtime Error！ Program：C￥Program Files￥Softnavi￥ImgLnch.exe This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an usual way. Please contact the application support team for more information. の表示が出て、softnaviを起動できません。 なぜでしょう…Visual C++が原因かと思い、アンインストールするも結局softnaviは開けず…困ってます。お願いします。

昨日まで動いていた「Outlook Express」が突如起動しなくなりました。 というか、起動はするのですが、以下のメッセージが出て Microsoft visual C++ Runtime Library Runtime Error! Please contact the application's support team for more information. というウィンドウが開いて、[ＯＫ]を押すとプログラムが終了します。 私は、これからどうすればいいのでしょうか？もしかしたら、Windows を再インストールするしか方法は無いのでしょうか？

Please contact the application's support team for more information.」 動画を観ようと思い、ファイルを開こうとしたら上記のメッセージが出て、終了してしまうんです。 また、ホームページを開いたときも同様のことが起きてしまいます。 どうすれば解決できるか教えていただけないでしょうか？

Please contact the application's support team for more information. という画面が出ることがあります。何をすると出るのか分かりませんし、出るとどのような不都合があるのかも分かりません。勝手に出ている感覚です。イベントビューワを見ても、その時刻に該当する記録はありません。どのアプリが出しているのか、確認する方法を教えて頂けないでしょうか。
