プレーヤーやネットを開くと・・・

「Microsoft Visual C++ Library Runtime Error! Program: C:\～～ This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way. Please contact the application's support team for more information.」 動画を観ようと思い、ファイルを開こうとしたら上記のメッセージが出て、終了してしまうんです。 また、ホームページを開いたときも同様のことが起きてしまいます。 どうすれば解決できるか教えていただけないでしょうか？

メッセージの内容からして、必要なファイルが破損したなどの理由でこのようなエラーが出ると思われます。 「スタート」→「ファイル名を指定して実行」で「c:\windows\system\sfc.exe」を実行します。 「システムファイルチェッカー」が表示されたら、そのまま「開始」をクリックししばらく待ちます。 処理が終了したらプレイヤーなど問題が発生するソフトを起動してみます。 これでだめなら、Windowsの再インストール（リカバリ）をオススメします。

　これですね。結局、Internet Explorer と互換性がないことが原因で発生するので、ＩＥやMedia Playerのバージョンを上げることです。 　ＩＥはこちらから http://www.microsoft.com/windows/ie_intl/ja/download/default.mspx 　Media Playerはこちらから http://www.microsoft.com/japan/windows/windowsmedia/download/default.aspx?SD=gn&LN=ja&gssnb=1

二つインストールしてみましたが、ダメでした。 ほかに方法はありますでしょうか？
