グーグルアース

困っているので何方か返信お願いします グーグルアースを始めようとしたら This operating system is not supported by Google Earth. The installer will new close. ↑と出ました。 いったいどうしたらいいのか、分からないので教えてください

グーグルアースは2000とXPのみ使用できます。

    最初に書いておきますが、過去質問は検索の上トライしてみましたが解決できなかったので質問を建てさせていただきます。 Google Earthで Could not load image: の警告が出る問題です。 Destinationフォルダーに日本語が含まれていると正しくインストールされないということは分かったので、一度アンインストールした上で再度ダウンロードし、インストール時にCustomを選択しAll Userの階層にインストールされるように指示しました。 インストールそのものは指示どおりの場所（日本語を含まないフォルダ）にされたのですが 最終的にGoogle Earthを立ちあげようとすると Google Earth could not write to the current cache or myplaces file location.
