PAYPALのWithdraw Funds

pay palに入りWithdraw FundsのTransfer funds to your bank account をクリックするとFrom This Balance:$200.00 USD になってました。これは限度額を意味するのですか？ それともバイヤーが振り込んだ金額が表示されるように なっているんですかね？ もし、バイヤーだとするとAmount:に200（その前に まえもって手数料分残すのかな？）といれれば、 paypalに登録した日本の銀行に入るのですか？ 下にemaining Monthly Limit:$500.00 USD って書いてあるし....。

バランスに入っている金額が$200.00 USD ということです。ですから、いま、あなたの口座に200ドルあります。 あらかじめ　Transferでドルバランスから円バランスに換えておいて、（20150円くらい?)、円バランスから手数料を含めた金額を　Amountに入力すればいいとおもいます。 そこから、手数料500円が引かれます。(5万円以上だったら、手数料は引かれません)
