標題の通りなのですが、約束手形に添付されている総則の中に『Repayment』について、「on the earlier of (i) August 1,2013 and (ii) when daclared due and payable by the Holder upon the occurrence of an Event of Default.」という記載があります。 後者（（ii）以下）については大体の意味がわかるのですが、冒頭の「on the earlier of 日付」の意味がわかりません。ネット検索も試みたのですが適切な訳や説明文に辿り着くことができませんでした。 この「on the earlier of August 1,2013」というのは「2013年8月1日以前に」の意でしょうか？ そして、「and」で結ばれているということは、Repaymentは(i) 及び (ii） の「いずれか」ではなく、「(i) と(ii) の両方において」なされる、という解釈でよろしいのでしょうか？ ご教示いただけましたら幸いです。よろしくお願いいたします。
