＞includeは動詞で、exchangeとcreditを「含む」といっているという解釈でよいでしょうか。 よいと思います。 ＞"for some undesired items taken back to the store" 店に返品されたいくつかの望まない商品に対して the oppotunity to try a product before making payment in full はexchange の説明。 the possibility of obtaining extended warranties at no extra chargeはcredit の説明だと思います。

I think ,if you would WRITE LOWER PRICE of item ON THE BOX(actually under $150), it will be helpful for Korean customer NOT to PAY some EXTRA COST for your item.
