ImgburnでDVD-Rにデータを焼こうとすると次のようなエラーがでます。 たまに普通に焼けることもあります。 どなたか解決法を教えてください。 よろしくお願いします。 I/O Error! リージョン1のDVDを保存したいのですが下記のエラーがでます。 I/O Error Device:0:0:0 MATSHITA BD-MLT UJ240AF 1.01(E;)(ATAPI9 ScsiStatus:0x02 Interpretation:Check condition CDB:28 00 00 00 90 8E 00 00 20 00 Interpretation: Read(10) Sectors:37006-37037 Sense Area:F0 00 05 00 00 90 8F 0A 00 00 00 00 6F 04 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 Interretation: Media Region Code is Mismatched to Logical Unit Region 最初の設定でマクロビジョン保護を除去にチェックを入れてリージョンも2を選択していますが、 いつのまにか1に戻っています。 これが原因なのでしょうか。

アドバイスありがとうございます。 リカバリー指示はありましたが、とりあえず預かりで 初期不良とはならずにおそらく、部品交換かと思います。 ハードの故障だととすると、ノートPCには不運が続いております。
