英語にお詳しい方、教えてください
Ｔシャツを作るサイトで販売をしたいのですが、英文をはめ込みたいと考えています。そこで翻訳機を使ったのですが、文章が怪しくて仕方ありません。誰か、英語にお詳しい方教えてください！ (1)お母さんが作る、パンケーキを楽しみに待つロバート君なのです。 Robert looks very happy.The reason is because a mother bakes a pancake today.(翻訳の結果) (2)猫ちゃんは今日も、もじもじしています。今日はちゃんとできたかな？ The cat fidgets today.Can you do it properly?(翻訳の結果) (3)彼女はあの日を信じている。両親がそうであったように、１９６０年代を愛している。 She still believes in that day. Parents love 1960's as having been once so.(翻訳の結果)

＃３です。 お礼拝読いたしました。お返事が遅くなりまして申し訳ございません。 実は「もじもじ」で行き詰まり色々考えていたのです。（言い訳ですが） 日本語には もじもじ そわそわ いじいじ いらいら・・・と擬態語がありそれがまた日本語の良さ 表現力の豊かさにつながるのですが これをきちんと翻訳するのは至難の技です。 ＞(2)はリアルな猫ちゃんではなく、漫画的(イラスト的)な雄猫の絵です。イラストの絵は猫が立っていて、人差し指と人差し指をくっつけて、もじもじした雰囲気を出しています。(ちなみに内股になっています) He is standing nervously. Did you do everything you wanted to do today? 何ができたのかわかりませんので したいこと全部した？ としてみました。 もじもじ は いくら英英辞典を調べても nervous にしかならないのです。日本語化してしまっているので ヘンに感じられるかもしれませんが やはりこの場合はnervousが適語だと思います。 それから 猫ちゃん の部分ですが 猫が見えているのであらためて猫という単語を使う必要性を感じません。雄猫とのことで 擬人化してHeではじめたほうが良いような気がします。 ＞(3)は「あの日の出来事を信じている」という解釈です。 私の提示した文でよかったのですね。 the event of that day という言い方もありますが 出来事 というニュアンスだと＃３で示した英文の方がナチュラルな感じが私はします。 １）の訳につきましては 楽しみに待つ というニュアンスを伝えようと思うと 提示しました表現が一番伝わり易いような気がします。 パンケーキを焼いている という部分に現在進行形を持ってくることによりまだ出来ていない だから 待っている という考えです。 楽しみに の部分を happy で表しています。 ご参考になれば幸いです。 Ｔシャツが売れることをお祈りしています。

(2)猫ちゃんは今日も、もじもじしています。今日はちゃんとできたかな？ （これは日本語が意味不明ですねぇ。何ができたのでしょうね。私も猫を飼っていますが もじもじ ってどんな仕草でしょう。それに女の子でしょうか 男の子でしょうか） The cat is a little bit nervous as usual. I wonder if he/she could do everything carefully today. とりあえず訳してみましたが。。。多分イラストの説明ではないかと思いますがこれであっているでしょうか。 猫は ちょっと神経質で臆病ですからね nervous を使ってみました。 (3)彼女はあの日を信じている。両親がそうであったように、１９６０年代を愛している。 (ご提示のご回答は「あの日の存在を信じている」となっておりますが それでよろしいのでしょうか。) She believes what happened on that day, and she loves the '60s as much as her parents did. ちょっと皆様とは変えて「あの日に起きたことを信じている」にしてみました。

Robet is just can't wait for the mom's hand made pancakes. お母さん手作りのパンケーキを待ちきれないロバート。 The cat is being shy as usual.He gave a good job? Let's find out! 猫はいつものように恥ずかしがっている。彼は上手く出来た？ 確かめてみよう！ She believes in that day. Like her parents did,she loves the 1960's. 彼女はあの日を信じてる。 両親がそうだったように、彼女は１９６０年代を愛してる。

(1) That is Robert who are waiting eagerly for his mother's pancake. (2) The cat is with an anxious brow. Will that be worked out fine? (3) She believes in that day. She loves 1960's as her parents also did.
