パソコンが起動せず、青い画面が表示される問題

ブルーバックが出てきてしまいます
先日、パソコンを付けたらWindowsロゴが出る画面になる前に青い画面になってしまいました。何度やってもWindowsロゴが出る画面にまで到達しません。セーフモードにしても起動せず困っています。 ハードディスクやメモリの増設等もした事が無く、ウィルスにも心当たりはありません。その日の朝までは何の問題も無く使えていました。 とりあえず、ハードディスクを一度取り出し、他のハードディスクを付けてパソコンを付けてみたところ、Windowsロゴが一瞬薄く表示されるものの、そこで青い画面になってしまいます。 また、他のパソコンに取り出したハードディスクを取り付けパソコンを付けてみたところ、やはりWindowsロゴまで到達する前に青い画面が出てきます。 ちなみに青い画面で出てきた文章は下のとおりです。 A problem has been detected and windows has been shutdown to prevent damage to your computer.
