先日　ASUS A7N266にWinXP Proをインストールする時に 違う「停止エラー」ですが、私もぶち当たったので 参考になるかは判りませんが、もしかしたら解決策が見つかるかも 知れないので試してみて下さい。 （マイクロソフトのトラブルシューターを見てみると、対処方法が 　同じ様な方法でした） １）ドライブケーブルの障害？ ２）メモリーの障害？（同じ容量のメモリーを使用しなかったり 　　メモリーの相性やメモリーそのものの不良） ３）USBサポートまたはACPIハードウェアアブストラクションレイヤ 　　（HAL.dll）を無効にする。 以上の回答が出てきました。 で、私からのアドバイス・・・ １）ドライブケーブルを違う物に変えてみる ２）CMOSクリアをしてみる ３）BIOSの設定を出荷時にしてみる ４）BIOSで転送モードがDMAモードならば、PIOに変えてみる ５）CDドライブをなるべくただのCD-ROMにしてみる ６）メモリーは必ず一枚挿しにする！ ７）Win98のDOSでFDISK＆FORMAT＆SCANDISKをやっておく これで、もう一度挑戦されては如何でしょう？ ちなみに、私も今回大変参考になったので、一度MS社の オンラインサポートサイトをご覧になっては如何ですか？ （もう利用しているのであれば失礼！） http://support.microsoft.com/intl/japan/personal/default.asp?nav=ts PS．もちろん「クリーンインストール」ですよね？
