ipod を購入したのですが。

windowsソフトウェアをダウンロードしようと思い、appeleのサイトに行ったところ、itunes/ipodのページを見ようとすると、エラーが出てしまいます。 メッセージは以下です ERROR The requested URL could not be retrieved -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- While trying to retrieve the URL: http://www.apple.co.jp/itunes/index.html The following error was encountered: Access Denied. Access control configuration prevents your request from being allowed at this time. Please contact your service provider if you feel this is incorrect. 英語もわからず、ＰＣにも明るくないのでどうしたら、見れるようになり、なおかつソフトウェアのダウンロードが可能になるか、教えてください。
