本日の東大即応オープンの問題です。(以下問題文です。)

次の英文を読み、その内容について思うところを50～60時の英語で記せ。
A shared spoken language is not necessary for communication with people from other countries.
【解答】
I think it's up to the situation you are in. This is because that if you only have to chat with them
you can communicate with them by using body languages ,but if you have to work with them
you must use the language they use. Business is not so easy that you don't have to use it. (58 words)
【気になるところ】
This is because
if 軽く話す場合→body languageで事足りる
if ビジネス→shareされた言葉で話さないと
という論理で大丈夫なのか気になります。
後、我ながら英文が単調過ぎる気がします汗

自由英作文についての知識や英語の知識が不十分で見苦しいところがあると思いますが
添削よろしくお願いします。
英文契約書で使用されるEntityは、日本語契約書の「者」のような意味かと思われますが、このEntity は、法人、団体その他の組織以外にも「自然人（人間）」も含まれるのでしょうか？ネットには両方の意見があり、よくわかりません。
例えば、「Party A shall have the right to assign the project to whichever entity Party A thinks appropriate.」などとしている場合は、人間も含まれるのでしょうか？それとも、人間も含みたい場合は「Party A shall have the right to assign the project to whichever entity or whoever Party A thinks appropriate.」などとするほうが正しいのでしょうか？
個人（人間）、法人、団体その他の組織などを包括的に表すもっと良い言い回しの例があれば、そちらも教えてください。

勉強で雇用契約書の和訳をしている際に次の文章が出てきました。

下記のような文をよく契約書で見かけますが、「set out in the Exhibit A to this contract」の訳はどのようなものになりますでしょうか？ 特に「in ~ to ~」の部分の訳が不明です。
Party A guarantees that the products conform to specifications as set out in the Exhibit A to this contract.

「本剤は効果・効能において定められた目的にのみ使用すること」
Off-label use should be avoided from efficacy and effects point of view.
この「効果・効能において」という部分が変、、と思ったのですが、
良い表現方法があったら教えてください。

という文章です。この手前で著者は５０年以上も前に定義された臨床試験の規約時の状況と比べて現在の環境下は劇的に変わったと謳っています。
それ以来、ネットワークと結合性の費用は10000倍、データ記憶コストは100万倍以上低くなり、計算費用は大きな要因だけかかる。
と最後のcomputation costs by an even larger factorの部分の訳が適切なものがわかりませんでした。
ご教授いただければ幸いです。
