とあるブラック警備会社でバイトしているのですが、高速道路の監視などで３５時間二人で交代しながら車に寝泊まりし、仕事しています。 しかもトイレが２キロ先にあるので行くにいけないし往復３０分はかかります。 一人で働く場合はだいたい１７時間で会社から現場まで往復４時間かかり、睡眠時間が一時間ぐらいになる日もあり、その上で残業を言われることもあります。 休憩は書類上１時間あるはずなのに実際は２０分ぐらいでまともに貰ったことがないです もう辞めるのですが、社長にお前は非常識でお子様過ぎると言われたので、これらのことを材料に社長のやってることが法的にどうなのか逆に問いただしてやりたいです。 上記のことがアウトなのかどうか教えてください。
